The greatest achievement in my endeavor to write Sci-Fi stories is the publication of a story called 'Pratyahbartan' (The Return) published on 01-Oct-1999 issue of the 'Prantik', a popular magazine in Assamese. It is written in a futuristic backdrops of the 2050s when people use Robomobiles manufactured at Deka Robomobiles Limited (DRL) and Guwahatians travel by the GuMet systems that connects North Guwahati with proper Guwahati via a tunnel under the mighty Brahmaputra. In this story, scientists at GERO (Generic Engineering Research Organization) attempts to make a clone of Srimanta Sankardeva, the great saint of the 15th Century. While carrying out this ambitious project, a fellow scientist discovers something really unbelievable!

In an advertisement of Bajaj Auto published on 31-July-2011 in an Oxomiya Pratidin (অসমীয়া প্ৰতিদিন), an Assamese Daily, we found a huge number of spellings mistakes. If the advertizing agency they employed does not know how to write the places of Assam and their proper spellings, may I suggest them
not to publish such rubbish and humiliate the people of Assam. Please see an
ongoing discussion about it in this Facebook LINK: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=226954840681991&set=o.144539158931922&type=1&theater
Here are some of the errors we found---
IT IS VERY SAD TO SEE SO MANY ERRORS IN A SINGLE ADVERTIZEMENT OF SUCH AN
ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION. HOW DO THEY EXPECT TO WIN THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF THE PEOPLE WITH SUCH ADVERTIZEMENTS? Send your resentments to this address:
